Solo risk management, loss control & safety consultant as a service provider and expert witness along the same areas to attorneys in litigation support. We meet with business owners conduct loss control surveys & compose reports which are provided to insurance underwriters. We do OSHA safety training for construction & general industry (non-construction & non-waterfront). Our tasks provided to employers directly include serving as a third party safety director for a commercial, general contractor, doing mock OSHA audits, job site inspections, completing regulatory work through the Arkansas Workers Comp Commission & we want to extend this to job safety analysis, writing safety programs, completing accident investigations, addressing OSHA citations & others.
